awesome concept
For the first two sets of 4-AAA batteries, it was amazing. When we changed to the third set, the motor sound comes on but the device does not dispense the wine. Very disappointed after such an amazing start.

This was an amazing device! But, where you insert the telescope straw it broke off from the main device itself. Is there nothing I can do to fix this or a replacement parts available?
