Aervana At Home, Part II

A series of recommendations and updates from members of the Aervana team on what we’ve been doing and drinking to help keep occupied and optimistic while staying at home.

What have you been up to:

We're sheltering in Palm Springs, so we've been taking short hikes in the morning and then long hikes every weekend. We've been playing a lot of gin rummy and doing Zoom happy hours with friends, playing Heads Up and Bingo with the seniors. I've also been binging the new season of Ozark and absolutely loving Aj and the Queen. (Two words: Ru Paul!)

What's a wine you've enjoyed:

2015 Renieri Inverto: Renieri is a Tuscan estate known for its flagship Sangiovese from the Brunello di Montalcino appellation. This is a budget-friendly super-Tuscan blend of 50% Sangiovese, 25% Cabernet and 25% Merlot. Dark ruby in the glass, clean nose of dark red fruit, supple and smooth. This $15 bottle tastes like a $48.00 bottle of Tuscan love!

What have you been up to:

I've been making sure to get out every day for either a run or a walk. There's a pretty six-mile loop close to my home in Bethlehem, PA that's become my go-to. Then I've been cooking (and eating) A LOT! Recent recipes include homemade granola that turned out great and some delicious chicken piccata. Current favorite shows around my house include Schitt's Creek on Netflix and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel on Amazon Prime.

What's a wine you've enjoyed:

We've been enjoying the Gnarly Head Authentic Red. It's a great value and really opened up nicely with a little help from our Aervana Essential.

More updates & recommendations from Team Aervana to come! Thanks very much for your support.
