Returns & Warranty

We want you to be happy with your purchase of the Aervana™ electric wine aerator. If you are not, simply return it. Aervana offers a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products, in addition to our warranty that covers defects in manufacturing.

Aervana can only accept returns or exchanges for items that were purchased directly from aervana.com. A copy of your receipt is required. If you purchased your product anywhere other than aervana.com, you must return it to the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange and observe the particular return/exchange policy at such place of purchase.

To return an item purchased from aervana.com, please email support@aervana.com.

Please Note:

We will not refund original shipping charges, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by Aervana (e.g., wrong item).

Your refund will equal your order total, plus any sales tax paid, minus shipping charges.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
